In addition to being an industry leading RESNET Rating Provider, BER is a RESNET Training Provider, LEED for Homes Provider, Enterprise Green Communities TA Provider, EPA ENERGY STAR Multifamily Review Organization, EPA WaterSense® New Homes Provider, and an EPA Indoor airPLUS® Verification Organization.BER offers flexible options for HERS Rater, Modeler and RFI training and credentialing that meet the demands of busy work schedules and practical budgets, including hybrid online and hands-on training. BER also offers a dynamic and growing library of on-demand professional development training options, such as ENERGY STAR Certified Homes and Multifamily New Construction verifier trainings.

Building Efficiency Resources is a RESNET Accredited HERS Rating Provider. We are proud to offer third-party Rating Provider services to Home Energy Raters throughout the United States. With several regional offices throughout the country, BER is strategically located to serve your business. Our qualified staff understands what it takes to have a successful HERS rating and home performance company and would like to help your business flourish. BER was formed on the simple idea to offer first class customer service, support, resources and training to businesses like yours. We exist to help make Raters and home performance professionals successful. Nothing more, nothing less.
BER offers professional services to assist our clients in offering the technical services of their businesses. These services include residential energy modeling, residential HVAC design, commercial energy modeling and commercial HVAC design. BER uses a variety of software options to meet our clients’ needs, primarily REM/Rate, Ekotrope, Wrightsoft and eQuest. Additional options are available if needed.

BER now offers QA Contractor services to Direct Rating Providers nationwide.
